On Tuesday 14th June, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Margaret J. Muthwii, and the DVC-Academic Affairs, Prof. Dionysious Kiambi, met with the University’s South Sudanese alumni in Juba, where they had a fruitful engagement on alumni-related affairs. They were able to connect deeply with seventeen alumni who were all serving their country in various capacities such as Church leadership and government affairs.

While there, the VC and DVC-AA also paid a courtesy call to the South Sudanese Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Hon. Gabriel Changson Chang, as well as the Under Secretary. They discussed, among other things, higher education in Africa and the role of technology in advancing it.
