University Appoints Prof. Stephen Muoki Joshua as the New DVC-Academic Affairs

The University has a new DVC-Academic Affairs (DVC-AA). Following a rigorous selection process that entailed detailed interviews with numerous candidates, the University appointed Prof. Stephen Muoki Joshua as its new DVC-AA. He will be succeeding Prof. Dionysious Kiambi, who was recently appointed as the Vice Chancellor Designate and is scheduled to assume the role of Vice Chancellor starting in January 2024.

Prof. Joshua’s appointment marks a significant milestone for the University, as he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. With his exceptional qualifications and proven track record in academia, he is well-equipped to lead the academic affairs department and contribute to the University’s continued growth and success.

Prior to joining PAC University, Prof. Joshua worked at Pwani University as the Director of the Board of Undergraduate Studies, and a Professor in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

We wish him well as he embarks on his new role.
