Members of the Student Electoral Commission were sworn in on September 26 during Chapel Service, where they vowed to conduct a free and fair election. The Commission, which is chaired by Dr. Solomon Munyao, is expected to conduct the election of new Student Council members for the academic year 2023-2024.

Applications for the various positions opened on September 27 and will close on October 11. Voting will take place on November 8, 2023. Through an email to all students on September 27, the Chairperson made a call for applications and shared the PACUSA Constitution as well as the Election Guidelines for referral by those willing to vie.
