On Monday 7th March 2022, the School of Theology hosted a public lecture titled “The Question of Intelligent Design: We follow where the Evidence Leads” at the Thika Road Campus. The Guest Speaker was Dr. Paul A. Nelson, a Senior Fellow of the Discovery Institute and Adjunct Faculty at Biola University. Professor Emeritus Kjell J. Tveter, a Board member at BioCosmos Africa, also made some remarks. The issue of the source life as we know it as Christians vis-à-vis Scientific views and theories was sufficiently addressed, with all evidence leading to God as the creator.

The event was held in blended mode with some participants attending in-person and others online.
