The GIZ-funded Digital Skills Training for e-learning among universities in the East Africa Community is still ongoing smoothly. Between 25th February and 4th March, participants from universities in the six member states (Rwanda, South Sudan, Burundi, Tanzania Kenya, and Uganda) underwent online didactics training on how to develop e-course content and online assessments. With seven courses remaining, the training is expected to end in July 2022.
