On Friday, January 6, some staff members attended the one-year memorial service for former colleague, the late Dr. Rahab Njeri Nyaga, at her rural home in Kiritiri, Embu. They joined friends, colleagues, family, and the Church in the ceremony where her cross was unveiled.

Dr. Nyaga started ailing in April 2021 and passed on peacefully on January 13, 2022. Prior to her death, she was a faculty member in the Department of Communication, Languages, and Linguistics, where she served as a Senior Lecturer. She previously held the positions of Academic Dean and Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

May her soul continue resting in peace.
