Staff attend a retreat in Nairobi
On January 4 and 5, staff members attended a two-day work retreat at a Nairobi hotel, where they reviewed various strategies for excelling in areas such as customer service, teaching, research, and community engagement. Specifically, they brainstormed on the implementation of the 2023-2027 strategic plan, spiritual formation, and enhancing unity of purpose, among other areas.
They were led by the Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dionysious Kiambi, who encouraged them to uphold excellence in their work and put their trust in God for great results.
