On Tuesday, 1^st February 2022, PAC University kick-started the implementation of the GIZ-funded training on digital skills for e-learning for select universities in the East Africa Community (EAC). The first batch of 177 participants from East Africa was virtually introduced and oriented to the training journey ahead. Some of the critical areas they were taken through included course structure and content, navigating the LMS, and accessing the e-resources. The training is scheduled to take place until July this year, and it is expected that 300 participants drawn from 30 universities in the EAC will participate.
