The Dean of the School of Leadership, Business, and Technology, Dr. Truphena Oduol (pictured), collaborated with her colleagues to organize the first-ever seminar for PhD-Organizational Leadership students graduating this year.

The seminar, held virtually on June 28, sought to appreciate and encourage the graduands as they prepare to go out to transform their communities. They were encouraged to have an attitude of stewardship and to collaborate and build networks at interpersonal, group, and inter-organizational levels to enhance research.

The soon-to-be graduates made brief presentations on their dissertations. They also provided feedback on their experience at the University, which contributes significantly to enhanced service quality going forward.
