7. Bishop Henry T.N. Kathii

Bishop Kathii holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from the Azusa Pacific University, USA. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (marketing) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Theology degree from University of South Africa. He also holds a Diploma in Management of Cooperative Institution from the International Cooperative Training College in Czech Republic. He has undertaken many short courses in management of Human Resource and systems, Total Quality Management and Leadership, among many others. He has a wide and varied management and leadership experience having worked as the Organising Secretary of Scripture Union of Kenya, General Manager of Maridadi Fabrics, General Manager of Embu District Cooperative Union (coffee Union), Operations Manager of Kenya Planters Cooperative Union (KPCU), Interim General Secretary of Kenya Students Christian Fellowship (KSCF), Director of Urban Community Development Programme (UCIP) of NCCK and General Secretary of the Bible Society of Kenya, before his election and consecration as the 2nd Bishop of ACK Diocese of Embu. He has served in many academic and social Boards and Committees. He is currently the Chairman of St. Andrew’s College of Theology and Development, Kabare. In 2015, he was awarded Head of State Commendation (HSC) award in recognition of his services to the community as the Chairman of Embu County Bishops and Pastors Fellowship. He joined PACU in 2015 as adjunct faculty and took up full time teaching in Leadership Department in 2016. Bishop Henry comfortably combines classroom teaching with more than 40 years of diversified leadership experience in the field.
