On the 19^th and 20^th of May 2022, the University, through the Directorate of Research, successfully held its annual research conference, virtually. The conference was held in collaboration with Nasarawa State University, Nigeria, and Hindustan College of Arts & Science, India. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Margaret J. Muthwii, officially welcomed the participants and opened the event. The keynote speakers included Prof. Gideon Omachonu (Nigeria), Dr. Sakthi Prabha (India), Prof. Maurice Amutabi (Kenya), and Prof. Afe Adogame (Nigeria). According to Dr. Jane Kinuthia, the Director of Research, the conference was a resounding success with great discussions taking place.
