Management Board and Senate Undergo Training on Board Governance
On November 29, members of the University’s Management Board and Senate attended a full-day training on Board Governance at the Thika Road campus.
The training aimed at enhancing their skills and knowledge for excellence in service delivery in their critical roles.
It covered a variety of board governance elements, such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, Leadership and Management, and Performance Management, among others.
The facilitator was Mr. John Cheruiyot, a management consultant and trainer.
