Gilbert Ang’ana, a PhD in Organizational Leadership student, was accepted into the European University Institute’s STG Global “Policy Leader Fellowship” in Florence, Italy. He is one of the twenty leaders from around the world who were granted this one-year fellowship which is fully funded, starting from September 2024 to June 2025.

His project for the fellowship will be titled “Collaborative Leadership in Reforming Africa’s Governance Agenda: Enhancing the Independence and Interdependence of African Arms of Government.”

According to him, he will focus on developing his skills in policy-making and dissemination from a transnational perspective.
