Introductory note from the Dean, Dr. Gilbert A. Ang’ana
Welcome to the School of Leadership, Business, and Technology.
The future of Africa and the world will be shaped by leaders who can think boldly, act ethically, and innovate responsibly. The School of Leadership, Business, and Technology exists at this intersection: where value-driven leadership meets the transformative power of business and the boundless possibilities of technology.
We are committed to preparing leaders who not only excel in their professions but also embody the courage, wisdom, and compassion needed to influence society for the common good. Ours is a community of inquiry and practice where ideas are challenged, solutions are created, and impact is pursued with purpose.
We are the home of the university motto, “Where Leaders Are Made”.
As a school, our focus is threefold:
-
- Leadership – developing transformative godly Christian leaders as per PAC University’s mission.
- Business – developing values-based business leaders ready to navigate innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.
- Technology – developing tech leaders driven by curiosity, creativity, and ethical responsibility.
Our ambition is to nurture graduates who are not only job seekers, but job creators; not only technology users, but technology shapers; not only leaders in title, but values-based leaders transforming cultures in society. Together, let us build a future where leadership, business, and technology converge to create lasting impact.

The purpose of PAC School of Leadership (PSL) Insights is to shape conversations on leadership practice in Africa and beyond by offering grounded, research-informed, and context-relevant commentary. Each edition distils practical reflections, scholarly perspectives, and innovative approaches to leadership challenges, enabling leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to translate knowledge into meaningful action.
PSL Insights will be released periodically as short, engaging, and thought-provoking pieces that highlight cutting-edge issues in leadership, governance, and organizational practice. The initiative embodies PAC University’s commitment to advancing leadership scholarship while directly contributing to Africa’s leadership transformation journey.
