Credit Transfers

Students who have previously attended another accredited, post-secondary institution – college or university – may be eligible to transfer credits into the PAC University Programme.

Only work that is deemed to be degree level may be considered for transfer credit. A maximum of 66 credit hours of the total requirements (144 credit hours) may be transferred. However, only those subjects that are relevant to the PAC University curriculum will be considered.

Students from institutions that PAC University has a collaborative education partnership with will have their credits transfer considered on the basis of the terms of the partnership.

Process of transferring credits

For those applicants who meet the above conditions for credits transfer should initiate the process by submitting to the Registrar's office a written request for an evaluation of previous work done.

They should also arrange to have their former University(s) send to the PAC University registrar two official copies of their academic transcript(s).

The following general rules will apply for transfer or credits:

  • Credits must have been taken from an academically recognized post secondary institution.
  • Only courses with a grade B (plain) and above will be considered for transfer.
  • A student must have scored a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or grade B- and above to be considered for credit transfers.

The following post-secondary training can be eligible for transfer of credits:

  1. Diploma certificate
  2. Degree certificate
  3. ACCA/CPA/CPS/CFA and other equivalent professional training certificates.

Transfer fee

To have your previous academic work evaluated by PAC University, a fee must be paid before this process will begin.

If granted a transfer of credit, a further charge per credit hour allowed on transfer will apply (see Schedule of Fees). 

Credit transfers are not applicable for the Master of Arts in Leadership Program.

Any canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification. Late tenders will not be accepted.
