Dr. Martin Kiogora is a member of the PAC University’s Council. He has previously served on the PAC University’s Board of Trustees. Dr. Kiogora is a Research Scientist at the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO). He is currently stationed at Biotechnology Centre, Kabete, where he serves as the Deputy Director.

Dr. Kiogora holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Chemistry, MSc in Applied Parasitology and PhD in Applied Parasitology (Immunology) from the University of Nairobi. He has 18 years of experience in carrying out scientific research and is currently a principal investigator of projects geared at developing vaccines and diagnostic tests for livestock diseases using modern biotechnology tools (Molecular Techniques).

Dr. Kiogora has previously worked as a visiting Scientist at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) – BeCA-ILRI hub and the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization-International Vaccine Centre (VIDO) in Canada; a research organization of the University of Saskatchewan.

He is a born-again Christian and is currently serving as a member of the Christ is the Answer Ministry’s (CITAM) Deacons Board — a governance body of the church.

He is married to Grace, and they have been blessed with two children.
