Certificate in Counselling Psychology

Course Overview
This program consists of competencies that a counsellor must achieve to enable him/her to assess the client, provide basic counselling services, provide psychological first aid services, and perform administrative duties for counselling services.

Entry Requirements
An individual enrolling in this course should have any of the following minimum requirements:
—K.C.S.E. mean grade of D (plain);
—Counselling Psychology Level 4 Certificate;
—Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA);
—As may be guided by the relevant regulatory body.
