PAC School of Leadership Insights

PAC School of Leadership (PSL) Insights is an evidence-based, curated collection of thought leadership drawn from the Pan Africa Christian (PAC) University School of Leadership faculty, the wider PAC academic faculty, and the postgraduate students’ community.

The purpose of PSL Insights is to shape conversations on leadership practice in Africa and beyond by offering grounded, research-informed, and context-relevant commentary. Each edition distils practical reflections, scholarly perspectives, and innovative approaches to leadership challenges, enabling leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to translate knowledge into meaningful action.

PSL Insights will be released periodically as short, engaging, and thought-provoking pieces that highlight cutting-edge issues in leadership, governance, and organizational practice. The initiative embodies PAC University’s commitment to advancing leadership scholarship while directly contributing to Africa’s leadership transformation journey.
