As members of the PAC University Alumni Relations team, it is always an honor to work in the community in order to enhance the mission, vision and strategic plan of PAC University through building relationships. We are called, we are committed, and we count it a great privilege to serve.

The Alumni Relations Department helps to advance PAC University by:

  1. Developing lifelong relationships with students, alumni and friends.
  2. Promoting relations between the University and the alumni community;
  3. Developing and providing services and products for PAC University Alumni;
  4. Publishing news from PAC University alumni;
  5. Supporting and assisting the establishment and development of Alumni chapters throughout the world.
  6. Maintaining an alumni database accessible to all PAC University Alumni;
  7. Serving our constituents around Africa and the world.

An eligible tenderer may obtain further information and download tender document from our website; www.pacuniversity.ac.ke or our Accounts Office. Those that download the documents should ensure they have already paid the non-refundable fee of Ksh 2,000.00.

Original and completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be dropped at our main reception in Roysambu addresses to:-

Tenders will be opened on 21st November 2018 in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the University Board room.

Any canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification. Late tenders will not be accepted.
