Dr. Ruth kamunyu

Dr. Ruth kamunyu is a lecturer at the Psychology and Community Development Departments. She holds a Ph D (Gender issues in Counselling) from Kenyatta University, Masters in Education Degree (Guidance and Counselling)- Kenyatta University and a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kenyatta University. She also has a Higher Diploma in Psychological Counselling from UCC (University College Cork- Ireland).

Dr Kamunyu is an educationist having taught for 20 years in various secondary schools in Kenya.She has nine  years university teaching experience. She has been a fulltime lecturer at Presbyterian university of East Africa before she joined PAC University.

Dr Kamunyu has Published one book and three papers in peer refereed Journals and is working on her next paper. She has a great passion working with families, and is a registered counsellor with Kenya Counsellors and Psychologists Association.
