Diploma in Pastoral Counseling

Introduction

This course focuses on the role and functions of a pastoral counselor within a church or congregational setting.

Attention will be given to areas of pastoral ministry such as marriage preparation, wedding, family education, parenting, and development family transitions including death and dying, trauma, crisis and grief counseling will also be presented.

Objective

This course tries to cover the different dynamics in the pastoral counseling more so in the 21st century Church ministry

This course takes 6 Terms (2 Years) to complete.

KCSE Grade C plain or its equivalent
