Various gatherings between faculty, staff and students are held throughout the year to enhance fellowship. PAC University is a member of the Nairobi Fellowship of Theological Colleges (NFTC), and the students benefit from the common activities this body organises. PAC University participates actively in the NFTC sports programme in football, volleyball, field events, table tennis and other indoor games. It's common for students to play football or volleyball on the large pitch at the centre of campus. Table tennis is available in the men's dorm lounge.

These activities complement the more formal ones like chapel and classroom lectures to bring about a balanced training and preparation for the students. The aim of PAC University is for each student to be prepared in body, mind and spirit for a holistic approach to ministry.
