Our primary objective is to deliver a service of excellence to the whole PAC University Community. This includes assistance, internet access, computer maintenance, knowledge sharing, security, email support, printing, and much more.
Our Labs
The PAC Computer Labs are available to registered lab users who are members of the campus community. There are 2 big computer labs the machines are available for such general uses as word processing, data analysis, and email. The labs are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m Monday through Friday and 9a.m to 6p.m on Saturday with support staff available in case a problem arises. All of the labs require the use of PAC ID’s and students are given username and passwords in order to access computers, Students are not advised to store data in the lab PCs, but each is encouraged to store in his/her personal server space.
One lab is set aside for teaching while another lab is set aside for web browsing and doing homework, there is wireless internet connectivity incase a student has a laptop with wireless capability.
Email Services
Both undergraduate and graduate students are given email addresses together with the username accounts when they begin their academic career here and each continually renews the account at the start of every trimester.
Support Desk
The Office of Information Technology has a support desk designed to aid faculty, staff and students in any technology problems. The help desk can be found in the EPH building or by phone: extension 112/110/136

The University offers printing services to students at a small fee.
