God has blessed PAC University with wonderfully talented individuals who are competent to serve in each of these key positions. It is significant that African leaders have been assigned to central administrative roles for the first time in the institution's history. Leadership is central to PAC University's mission and so the institution's leadership must consistently apply and reinforce the very best model of biblical leadership. This requires servant leadership, empowerment coupled with strong accountability, and a strong work ethic focused on contributing to mission delivery.
